This is the only approved Dennis Kelly Basic Entry Level approved  by HealthWays Flex Program for teaching their Silver Sneaker students, after the original pilot study was done with Silver Sneakers, taught by Master Dennis Kelly, achieving high scores in the documented 6 week study done at Premier Choice Fitness, New Port Richey. These exercises have been created to where they may help with improved focus, better balance, heightened concentration, stress reduction, lowered blood pressure,  increased metabolism, fat burning and overall sense of well being, in a very short time.
