Master Warrior Golf by Grand Master Dennis Kelly celebrates its ONE year Anniversary, of the first “official” pilot study done at Crescent Oaks Golf & Country Club, with Golf Pro Jerry Couzynse, General Manager of Crescent Oaks.
Grand Master Dennis Kelly, five time World Martial Arts Champion, author of The Six Steps to the Fountain of Youth, has proven that the secrets to his championships in one sport can and will affect other sports. He introduced his Master Warrior Golf peak performance program this time, last year, as a pilot study with a group of golfers at Crescent Oaks achieving a 100 % success rate.
The history behind this special “niche” program was created by Kelly , through hiscompany, Defy Aging, Inc. and after observing his students who were attending his regular Tai Chi classes in various golf communities, were improving their golf scores. Knocking strokes off their game, hitting the ball further, and winning first place trophies, and the only thing different they were doing was the Tai Chi / Chi Kung classes.
In an effort to understand how this was working, Kelly took a breakdown approach to his class, deciding to put together a program designed specifically for golfers, with added miraculous side benefits to their game of life!
Targeting golfers, “Master Warrior Golf” was born, using specific exercises geared for the golfer, along with specialized breathing, guided imagery, and his newly created “dynamic fusion”, which helps build strength, lean muscle and increased metabolism, for fat burning, to encourage weight loss.
“One of the things that really help golfers through my system, is I teach them how to avoid injuries, by improving their balance, focus and concentration, all needed to become a “winning warrior” at golf. All these elements help with the game of life!
The “Master Warrior Golf” pilot study was a 100 % success, with each of the participants, and is now being implemented as an additional Certification for a Professional Master Warrior Instructor, and perfect for the committed Golf Pro, to add to their skill sets.
