Living your dream can be something different for everyone. It’s the journey that gets you to the achievement of the dream, whether it be to become independently wealthy, or independently healthy. What drives you? What motivates you? Purpose? Passion? Do you have an unwavering desire for success? Why?
The journey we are referring to is the way to self discovery, by first of all making the choice to dream, and asking yourself one thought provoking question: “If you have already achieved the financial success and security, and acquired all the materialistic
“stuff” you ever wanted, would you be doing exactly what you are doing now?”
If this thought provoking question leaves you with a satisfactory YES (your extraordinary self) and content with who and where you are in your life experience, Congratulations!
If the question leaves you somewhat perplexed, or you may have never given it much thought, perhaps its time for you to consider there just might be something missing.
It all begins with “the choice” to dream, a vision, a passion that you feel deep down within your spirit and pit of your soul.

We associate our action plan as “dancing the dance of life” whether you are tiptoeing like a ballerina, moving with a slow rhumba, swing dancing in every direction, or stepping into a passionate tango. In fact one of our elixirs in life is to DANCE ! The best of all worlds, when it comes to exercise. Cardio, metabolism boost, strengthening and toning all the muscles groups, relaxation and it is FUN !!

1. Decide what outcome you want. Have a”crystal clear vision”
2. Build necessary desire, passion, and enthusiasm, otherwise there is no commitment.
3. ACT- Get off your buts, “ I would like to do this but, but, but, (we’ve all been there.
4. See if it’s working. Insanity is doing the same thing over and over even if its not
working. (been there, done that too, right?)
5. Make whatever changes or adjustments necessary, and remember it is the “journey”
to the destination
Lastly, you will know when that moment comes, and have stepped into your authentic self, and are living the life you meant to live. It all starts with YOU, right here, right now.
